		<description>1.540(b) requires that a motion to vacate a judgment based on fraud be brought within 1 year after the judgment was entered or it&#039;s barred ... forever.  
Hence, unless you&#039;re within that year, the extent of the fraud is irrelevant.  Sigh.</description>
