Someone accused me today of helping homeowners live for free. My response?
I don’t help homeowners live for free. I merely strive to take money out of the pink piggy bank and give it to the families standing next to it (to the greatest extent allowed by law and consistent with any ethical obligations, of course).

Maybe the individual meant Wall Street/Banks/Political money treadmills are living for free. Typo I am sure.

Let me see, the person was either representing a bank, or not yet a victim of a lender. It is interesting because I see what you do as helping homeowners get the justice they need.
If a by-product of that is living free in the process, then that is a small compensation for the harm the homeowners are enduring while the lender is trying to pick their financial bones of any thing that looks valuable. It is all eye of the beholder, and what side of the fence you are on.
AT LEAST SOMEONES ON OUR SIDE!!!!!!

And to the people who are so upset with the people in foreclosure sometimes life throws you a curve ball– lost of job, sickness, or death. At least you can lay your head on your pillow at night and sleep.
